November 4, 2008

Well today is the day! Sometime late tonight or early tomorrow morning we will most likely find out who our new U.S. President will be, well except for Florida, they may not know for another couple weeks. It is my prayer that each and everyone of you will get out and cast your vote for the person of your choice. Of course, we take it for granted, but it is a duty as well as a privilege to live in a somewhat free country where we still have a few God given rights and one of those rights is to cast a vote for the person who we fell is right to lead our country and for the person who we feel will represent America to other countries and leaders around the world.
As you vote today, please pray that God will lead you and guide you to make the right choices. Whenever we are give rights and privileges, we also have responsibilities. It is our responsibility to pray and do the right thing. I have watched all the TV ads as I'm sure that you have and I must be honest...I have asked the Lord to cleanse my mind and my heart and create in me a new heart. I have asked Him to erase all those negative things from my memory so that I may vote my convictions and my beliefs.

Our country has been under the microscope for a long time and it's high time that we get back on top and become the world leader that we once were! It is time that we have the freedoms that we once knew. I won't tell you who to vote for but I believe that if you'll pray and ask God to lead you and guide your heart and mind and then let Him do that you will, without a doubt, know who to cast your ballot for!

Every vote counts...go vote today!

Quote For The Day "Give me liberty or give me death!" Patrick Henry

God's Word For The Day If you go the wrong way-to the right or to the left-you will hear a voice behind you saying, "This is the right way. You should go this way." Isaiah 30:21

Funny For The Day Hillary Clinton goes to a primary school in New York to talk about the world. After her talk she offers question time. One little boy puts up his hand, and the Senator asks him what his name is."Kenneth.""And what is your question, Kenneth?""I have three questions: First - whatever happened to your medical health care plan? Second - why would you run for President after your husband shamed the office? And third - whatever happened to all those things you took when you left the White House?"Just then the bell rings for recess. Hillary Clinton informs the kiddies that they will continue after recess. When they resume Hillary says, "Okay where were we? Oh, that's right, question time. Who has a question?"A different little boy puts his hand up; Hillary points him out and asks him what his name is."Larry.""And what is your question?""I have five questions: First - whatever happened to your medical health care plan? Second - why would you run for President after your husband shamed the office? Third - whatever happened to all those things you took when you left the White House? Fourth - why did the recess bell go off 20 minutes early? And fifth - what happened to Kenneth?"
